MisterGreen is a disruptive scale-up that is at the start of European expansion to create a sustainable Robofleet with 15,000 self-driving Tesla cars by 2025. We have a rather distinct tone of voice where #EndFossilFuel is key. Drive electric, save the world! Will you save the world by contributing to our mission?

We are currently 'loading' in Belgium, Germany, Denmark and very soon France. This is where you come in. We are growing fast in Belgium! And to help MisterGreen grow even further in Belgium we need you!


The role

As an Account Manager you have a key role in this growth. It is you who offers the best support to our new and existing customers in their purchase decisions, you have the ability to further build the EV network and are eager to acquire new customers. What else is in there for you? 


  • You will support our new and existing customers by phone and email in their purchase decision and assist them with questions about our products.

  • You will independently carry out sales negotiations and close orders. If there are any questions you are there to help them.

  • We would like to build and maintain a good network within the EV market and it is therefore also up to you to acquire new customers and create fans.

  • You will be visiting the Tesla stores to maintain the partnerships and attract new leads. You will also be the one visiting our clients to ensure a fruitful relationship.

  • We would like to improve, so your feedback on our Belgium website, our ways of working etc., is needed so we can optimize it for the best customer experience.

  • You consult with our team in Amsterdam about marketing campaigns to get more MisterGreen cars on the road.

  • With the help of your colleagues in Belgium, Amsterdam and the other countries, you make sure that the goals for Belgium are achieved.

  • In cooperation with our logistics team in Amsterdam, you provide your customers with regular delivery information for their new Tesla.

The Belgium team consists of two people at the moment: the Country Manager who operates from Brussels and the Inside Sales Advisor (French focus) who is working from the Amsterdam office. We are looking for someone to strengthen our Brussels team.

Vereisten

How do you make the difference?

  • You are energetic, have a hands-on mentality, like challenges and want to work for a scale-up. You like to get better every day.

  • You have been trained as an automobile salesperson, studied business administration or have comparable relevant professional experience in the B2B sector.

  • You are good at building and maintaining relationships, you enjoy talking on the phone and have the ability to inspire people with your enthusiasm for new products. Which in our case are Tesla’s.

  • You have an eye for what is needed and are not afraid to jump in to opportunities if you see them.

  • You have experience with CRM tools.

  • You have a very good command of Flemish/Dutch and a confident command of English and French.

  • You have an affinity for sustainability and electric cars. If not; we are convinced that you will have this soon.
