MisterGreen is a disruptive scale-up that is at the start of European expansion to create a sustainable Robofleet with 15,000 self-driving Tesla cars. The role:

At this moment we’re growing faster than ever with new MisterGreen locations popping up all over Europe. That’s why we’re looking for a developer who’s ready to help us change the world and #EndFossilFuel!

Not only do we want to reach as many customers as possible, we also want to stay on top of our game. To support this growth our platform needs to become more scalable which requires rethinking and reimplementing certain parts. To do this, we are embracing a cloud-native way of building our software so that it can scale across all the markets in which we operate. This means:

• You use your expertise to help build and maintain a cloud-native platform that connects different systems and services to improve both customer experience and enable our other teams to do their work more efficiently.

• You like to go beyond the existing platform and think about new features and future solutions, such as creating new data-pipelines to create more value for our operational and sales teams.

• Keeping the existing platform up and running to make sure business goes as smoothly as possible.

• With your technical expertise and a team of developer colleagues you’ll make sure that our clients can easily order their electric cars and help us reach our first goal of 15000 Tesla’s in 2025.

You’ll work together in a small team of developers from our Amsterdam office (hybrid). We are striving towards an international team of developers.

Who are you?

• A software developer that’s eager to learn.

• With at least 4 years of experience as a full stack developer, with a focus on backend.

• You have working experience with NodeJS, MySQL, NestJS or a similar framework, Typescript and GraphQL.

• You have a good understanding of API design.

• Writing documentation is second nature.

• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular is no.1 on our wishlist.

• You are comfortable with cloud-native development or are willing to learn. A big pre is experience with Google Cloud Platform.

• You speak English and if you also happen to speak Dutch, German or French we are really happy.

• Are proactive in supporting your co-developers and the other teams and like to solve things.

• Like to work hard but also don’t mind kicking back a few drinks with your colleagues on Friday’s.
