MisterGreen is a disruptive scale-up that is at the start of European expansion to create a sustainable Robofleet with 15,000 self-driving Tesla cars by 2025. We have a rather distinct tone of voice where #EndFossilFuel is key. Drive electric, save the world! Will you save the world by contributing to our mission?

We are currently 'loading' in Belgium, Germany, Denmark and very soon France. This is where you come in. We are growing fast in Germany! And to help MisterGreen grow even further in Germany we need you!


The role

As an Inside Sales Advisor you have a key role within this growth. You will support our new and existing customers in their purchase decisions and you ensure that all new and existing customers are satisfied because they always get the right answers quickly. The satisfaction of your customers is very important to you and you always try to find a solution. What does this mean?

  • You will support our new and existing customers by phone and email in their purchase decision and assist them with questions about our products.

  • You will work in our CRM system, create offers and contracts for our customers and answer queries about this.

  • We would like to improve, so your feedback on our German website, our ways of working etc., is needed so we can optimise it for the best customer experience.

  • You consult with our team in Amsterdam about marketing campaigns to get more MisterGreen cars on the road.

  • With the help of your colleagues in Berlin and the other countries, you make sure that the goals for Germany are achieved.

  • In cooperation with our logistics team in Amsterdam, you provide your customers with regular delivery information for their new Tesla.

The Germany team consists of four people at the moment. Three are in Berlin and one is our hands and eyes in Amsterdam. We are looking for someone to strengthen our Berlin team.

Vereisten

How do you make the difference?

  • You are energetic, have a hands-on mentality, like challenges and want to work for a scale-up. You like to get better every day.

  • You have been trained as an automobile salesperson, studied business administration or have comparable relevant professional experience in the B2B sector.

  • You enjoy talking on the phone and have the ability to inspire people with your enthusiasm for new products. Which in our case are Tesla’s.

  • You have experience with CRM tools.

  • You have a very good command of German and a confident command of English.

  • You have an affinity for sustainability and electric cars. If not; we are convinced that you will have this soon.
