MisterGreen is a disruptive scale-up that is at the start of European expansion to create a sustainable Robofleet with 15,000 self-driving Tesla cars by 2025. The role

We are currently 'loading' fast in Belgium, Germany, Denmark and very soon in France. This is where you come in. To grow MisterGreen even further, both locally and internationally, we need you. Under your technical leadership, you and the team of developers will ensure that our customers in all countries can order their electric car online as easily and quickly as possible. How do we see this:

Technical:

  • The platform as it is now is certainly not meant to stay like this. Our goal is to have a Robofleet by 2025, but the adventure doesn’t stop there. That is why you are already thinking ahead in your work about the further architecture, scalability, integration with the landscape and also in suitable solutions for our future features.

  • You think ahead and know better than anyone else how to come up with solutions for bottlenecks that arise. You feel comfortable outlining architecture boards, you know how applications should be structured and you look at scalability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they even occur.

  • You have an advisory role towards the CIO and CEO. You know what the platform needs, know how to outline the pros and cons and can clearly indicate which course to take.

  • You are also willing to roll up your sleeves and, together with the team, you will code to make the platform even better. The work involves not only the configurator but also its connection/integration with all back office systems to make the process run even more smoothly.

  • You will be working on further developing our other products like for example Ready to Share.


Team:

  • You are the linking pin between the Development team and the other teams within MisterGreen. You know how to translate your work into clear goals and explain them. You also know how to get the right information from the organisation, give assignments and indicate what is and isn’t possible.

  • You guide the team, know how to inspire and motivate them to get the best out of themselves and the team.


Tech Stack:

  • You are perfectly comfortable with open source javascript based frameworks such as TypeScript, SQL, GraphQL/Apollo, PHP. And it would be great if you also have a good understanding of Angular or React.

  • You have an understanding of Google Cloud Platform, Nestjs, TypeORM, Github Actions and Docker.

  • In addition, you have a good understanding of DTAP environments, (cloud) infrastructure, database engineering and CI/CD pipelines.

Vereisten

How will you make a difference?

  • You are a seasoned Developer with at least two years of experience as Technical Lead.

  • You have experience with architecture or worked for an organisation where processes and structure were spot on and can share this experience with us.

  • Despite your eye for detail, you can certainly see the bigger picture and are not afraid to share your advice on the technical steps to be taken.

  • You have at least experience with Angular and preferably with back-end engineering GraphQL/NoteJS.

  • Your communication skills are excellent. You know how to translate the technical message to the teams within MisterGreen and motivate your team members to get the best out of themselves and the product.
